UMass Boston Health Fair

Many Paths for Health and Frogstory Records have participated at UMass/Boston Health Fair for the past six years. This year we included No Fret Cooking, another path to Health. Marilynn was kept busy doing energy sessions on students and faculty while Steve played relaxing music that was enjoyed by all. We had a great time talking about healthy cooking, selling books, playing music, and networking.

Return to Bestsellers

On a sunny Saturday afternoon, No Fret Cooking had a repeat visit to Bestsellers Cafe in Medford, MA. As I chatted with local residents and friends about food, Steve played songs from the cookbook, as well as some of our favorite jazz standards. Rob, the owner of the cafe, and his 9 year old son, Charlie, made three recipes from the cookbook for everyone to sample. Rob told everyone that NONE of the recipes required grocery shopping….all ingredients were found in their fridge or pantry. It really was No Fret Cooking! Charlie beamed and said, “I loved making the spinach balls, and love eating them even more.”

In case you missed this event, we left CD’s from the cookbook for staff and patrons to listen to while enjoying their cafe treats. And if you are in need of a special gift for Mother’s Day, copies of the cookbook can be found at the store. Thank you Rob, Marianne, and Charlie for having us back again!
